This Initial Health Consultation is a 90 minute Medical Nutrition Therapy appointment with Registered Dietitian Kim Caudill.
Medical Nutrition Therapy includes a full review of your current health (including any recent labs, test results, pictures of supplements and medication), discussion on your nutritional goals, diet education based on your health needs, and next steps including testing to get to the root of our issues. You will walk away with a vast knowledge of science based nutritional guidelines to equip you with making healthy lifestyle choices moving forward.

Food Sensitivity Package
If you are suffering from an inflammatory condition a Food Sensitivity lab test can help discover your reactive foods, reactive food chemicals, and reactive food dyes! Though this lab testing tool the Registered Dietitian can implement "Lifestyle Eating and Performance (LEAP) Therapy".
LEAP Therapy can help individuals:

Metabolic Snapshot Package-Urine Testing
The 'Metabolic Snapshot Package' otherwise known as the Organic Acid Test (OAT) is a comprehensive metabolic snapshot of your overall health with over 70 different markers tested. It provides evaluation of intestinal health. High markers of yeast and bacteria can cause or worsen behavior, hyperactivity, movement disorders, fatigue and immune function issues. This urine test analyzes organic acids excreted in the urine. The cause if these high levels could be from oral antibiotics, high sugar diets, immune deficiencies, acquired infections, as well as genetic factors. This test also looks at markers for vitamins, minerals, oxidative stress, neurotransmitter levels, and oxalates.
